Free Trial:

Reliance Restoration Studio LLC provides a free trial for two images for new clients. If interested, email luisamunoz@rrstudiollc.com. Eligibility must be proven by reference to a company website and email from an official company domain. Also note that we may refuse to process your trial if it takes more than two hours to complete like logo design, image restoration, complex raster to vector conversion, High End Retouching, etc. Beside that, you must have to include your website address when you will fill up the free trial form. This is mandatory. Reliance Restoration Studio LLC also reserves the right to refuse any trial work if we do not get enough contact information. Personal image editing works will not fall under free trial offer. In that case, you can send us a quote request instead.

Payment Methods:

We accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, & all major credits cards supported by PayPal.

Quality Guarantee:

Reliance Restoration Studio LLC strives to provide services of the very highest quality. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the results, we will make reasonable corrections and amendment as necessary without additional charge. Reliance Restoration Studio LLC reserves the right not to make amendments if the error is the result of poor communication on the part of the Client. Any amendments made as part of our quality guarantee are without prejudice to Reliance Restoration Studio LLC.

File Storage Policy:

We keep backups of the old done/raw files for two months. After two months our backup server automatically deletes the old files. If a customer needs his image files, he must notify us within these 2 months. Only then we can re-upload those image files.

Use Of Your Image:

Reliance Restoration Studio LLC reserves the right to use any free trial image(s) for its own promotional purposes i.e. publishing on reliancerestorationstudio.com, Facebook, and or Etsy Shop as sample without the owner’s permission. However, you can stop such use of your trial image(s) simply by sending an email to info@rrstudiollc.com. We may also request you for your permission to use your regular photos into our website as our work sample. But that is entirely up to you whether or not you would give us permission to do so.
